When you use your Dort Federal VISA card you are also earning points on the new ScoreCard Bonus Point Program. Points are redeemable for a variety of gift and travel awards - you choose the award that best suits you. CashBack Program

If you would rather have cash back, you can opt out of the ScoreCard Bonus Program and opt in to the CashBack Program. The CashBack Program earns 1% of your annual net purchases - no matter what the amount.

Lost or Stolen VISA or Dort One Debit Card

If there is a transaction on your card that you would like to dispute, you can complete this form or login to Dort Online banking and complete the VISA dispute form within the Secure Forms section there.

VISA Gift Cards

Dort Federal now offers flexible and convenient VISA Gift Cards that you can purchase online or in any of our offices. The gift card can be used anywhere VISA is accepted and you can choose a dollar amount between $25 and $500. There is a $5.95 shipping and handling fee if you purchase a card online and a $5.00 fee if you purchase a card at one of our offices.

How We Will Calculate Your Balance: The Finance Charges shown on your Monthly Billing Statement are figured by multiplying a Daily Periodic Rate times the Daily Principal Balance of both Credit Purchases and Cash Advances.
