View your monthly statements online!

Tax Documents

Now your Dort Federal tax documents are available within eStatements. Here are the available documents: 1098, 1099-C, 1099-Q, 1099-R, 5498.

Dort Online's eStatement service makes it easy to access account records around the clock – plus it saves trees and eliminates administrative costs, bringing benefit to all our members.

You don’t even have to remember to log on to see your statement! Each month, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know your statement is available for viewing.

Login to Dort Online Banking. [ Learn how to sign up for Dort Online™ Banking.]

  • Login to Dort Online™ Banking using your member number and your Dort Online™ password.
  • Once you are logged in to Dort Online™, click on the 'eStatements' tab on the top/right side of the page.
  • Click the 'Enter' button. A message will appear saying, "You are now leaving Dort Online™ and are being transferred to a trusted partner site, do you wish to proceed?" Click 'OK' to proceed. [Click here for troubleshooting if nothing seems to happen when you click 'OK']
  • You will be asked to review and accept the terms of our "Disclosure Agreement."
  • Provide your email address within Dort Online™ Banking to ensure that you receive email notification when your eStatement is ready to view. Click on the 'My Profile' link on the top/right side of the page, click on the 'User Options' link when 'My Profile' opens up, and then click on the 'E-mail Address' link. If you do not provide your email address, you will be able to view your statement online but you will not receive notification when new statements are ready for viewing.

If you have any problems logging in or have any questions about our eStatement service, please E-mail us or call us at 810- 767-8390 (toll free 800- 521-3796). If you email us, please do not include sensitive information (Account Numbers, Social Security numbers, etc.) in the email.

Please update your email address within Dort Online™ Banking to ensure that you receive email notification when your eStatement is ready to view. Click on the 'My Profile' link on the top/right side of the page, click on the 'User Options' link when 'My Profile' opens up, and then click on the 'E-mail Address' link.  If you do not provide your email address, you will be able to view your statement online but you will not receive notification when new statements are ready for viewing.

Troubleshooting:

If, within Dort Online™ Banking, eStatements does not seem to work, it may be that a pop-up blocker is stopping eStatements from opening up in a new window; your PC may see that new window as a pop-up ad and not let it open. To get around this problem, you may want to find the pop-up settings in your browser and try to adjust them, or you may want to login to eStatements directly. To login directly, go to this page, https://estatements.cowww.com/dort/ and follow the login directions there.
